It’s very simple to make these cute ghosts on top of cupcakes. So gather a piping bag and a large, round tip, and let’s get started.
You’ll need these materials:
- Piping Bag
- Large Round Tip
- Mini Chocolate Chips
After you gather up the supplies, making your ghost cupcakes is easy. Simply fill a piping bag fitted with a large round tip, and pipe a tall mound of frosting in the center of a cupcake. When you get to the end, pull the tip up and away to create a peak. Add sprinkles for eyes and chocolate chips for a month. Ta-da!

Easy decorated Ghost Halloween Cupcakes that are simple to make and perfect for your Halloween party.
- 12 cupcakes
- 2 cups vanilla buttercream
- A piping bag
- A large round piping tip, like a Wilton 2A
- Large coupler
- Black Sprinkles
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Place buttercream in a piping bag fitted with large round tip. You can use a piping tip coupler, or simply slip the tip into the bag before filling it.
- Pipe tall mound of frosting in the center of the cupcake. You can pipe one single large mound -- or pipe frosting in a swril on top of the cupcake. At the top, pull up and out, creating a peak.
- Add sprinkles for eyes, and a chocolate chips for a mouth.
